Prayer counter

I need two online counters, first counter a click counter with admin settings for delay between clicks, second counter with a number field that can be manually filled in and pushed with a required e-mail to the database. Both counters need to be totalizer with result shown on front page in large numbers. The maximum digits for the counter needs to be 999.999.999.999.999
The size and location on the frontpage should be adjustable in the admin
