Experience Level: Intermediate
I have made basic site in Dreamweaver and have implemented some Javascript and CSS but Im running into trouble due to lack of programming knowledge. Initially I need some help to fix problems and \'finesse\' the site but I am also interested in re-making the entire site with more robust code and a CMS. Based in Edinburgh. Local developer preferred.
