Platform Developer for Mentorship & Student Management System

We’re looking for an experienced Platform Developer to create a system for managing a group of 50 high-ticket students in our mentorship program. The platform should integrate analytics, LMS (Learning Management System) enhancements, and a hybrid learning model. Key features we need include:

1. Dashboards for both mentors and students to track progress and share feedback.

2. Mentor assignment logic for efficiently pairing mentors with students.

3. Real-time tracking of student progress and achievements.

4. Public or semi-public validation of students’ wins and progress.

5. Feedback loops to support ongoing development and improvement.

6. A platform built to scale and ready for investment opportunities.
