Pixel perfect conversion of PSD and InDesign files to HTML/CSS layouts

I own and run a website and web based software development company in London. We are in need of additional people to join our freelance team to produce pixel perfect replications of designs into HTML/CSS from PSD or InDesign format. We also require the use of JavaScript and jQuery to allow for additional functionality that is not possible with just HTML (eg slideshows, movement/animation etc). We have a number of people doing this for us in-house already but require additional freelance people to work with us ongoing.

The HTML files must be pixel perfect replications of the designs, using well written semantically correct code. All code must validate correctly at http://validator.w3.org/ and should be compatible on all modern devices and browsers (including IE7+, Firefox, Safari, Chrome, Opera, Safari mobile, ipad, iphone, android etc).

We would require ongoing projects to be completed by successful candidates with a reasonably fast turn around time in most cases (ideally within a week from supply of designs subject to complexity). We expect all candidates to do thorough error/cross browser/layout testing before submitting the pages to us so that we are not required to spend a large amount of time testing everything ourselves to ensure it's all correct.

As a result please provide a quote to produce HTML/CSS layouts (with a small amount of JavaScript and jQuery) for a 6 page website, the headers/footers/menus etc on all pages are consistent. The main content layout is unique on the homepage with the secondary pages all following a similar (but slightly varying) layout. We will supply exact copies of the relevant layout to the successful candidates to view at which point your quoted price can be amended slightly if necessary but this will give us a good idea of your prices.

A small knowledge of PHP would be a bonus. If you are able to supply the final files in PHP format (using PHP includes for the header and footer bars and any other consistent content rather than duplicating these on every HTML page) then please let us know in your bid (but this is not essential).

Once we have worked with you on one project at a fixed price we are happy to employee you on an hourly rate if this is preferred.
