PHP Website modification

Kind of development: Customization of existing website
Description of every page/module: We have a basic PHP website with a list of staff and their holiday entitlement that operates very simplistically i.e each person has a profile with a line manager and a number of days entitlement. They log in and request holidays which emails their line manager. a url to authorise or reject holiday and subtracts this from their entitlement.
Description of requirements/features: We would like the following:

1.An additional column adding to the view that displays Holidays awaiting approval.
2.A filter which allows us to remove from display those accounts which have been disabled.
3.Total column which displays their entitlement on the main page
