Php Website Fix

I have taken on a php website to run on my own windows 2008 server. Most of the website works correctly but there are a few things not working correctly within the admin portal.

I'm looking for someone to be able to fix the website to run on php v7.3. The previous site was running on v5.6 i believe.

There is a strong possibility of a continuing working relationship with further work in the pipeline once this has been completed.
