Description
Experience Level: Entry
We need a PHP application that will use SPARQL query to fetch the average house price using a postcode query, based on the examples found at https://landregistry.data.gov.uk/app/qonsole
Key requirements
- simple postcode entry box
- results to provide a list of properties sold, including all information provided in a clear to understand format, with address, dates and prices in the correct format
- above this list is the average price (a calculation will need to be built) of the average price sold
- This is to be written in PHP, with clear comments on how the data is delivered
- view to be mobile responsive
All data and examples can be found at https://landregistry.data.gov.uk/app/qonsole, but please let me know if you have any questions.
