Looking for a freelancer to join a team of developers & others for development of an eComm platform.

MANDATORY - MUST be a Freelancer. Absolutely NO Agency.

Technical Skills - Must have commercial development experience of developing responsive web applications using PHP, Laravel, MySQL on Windows platform. Should be available to start immediately. Workload will vary between 5 - 15 hours per week. For first 2 weeks, we want to see the performance. Time will be limited to 5 hours per week.

Quality is EXTREMELY important. Everyone talks of quality. For us, everything we do has to be of good quality.
Other characteristics of the individual we would look for is integrity.

We have some long freelancers working for us. We need to expand this team.

Freelancer can be located anywhere in the world.

If you need billing rate higher than $12 per hour, please do not bid.
If you do not have relevant experience as explained above, please do not bid.
And if you are part of an agency, please do not bid. We had to let go some developers due to their fake claim that they are freelancers, when in reality they were part of agency,
