I urgently need someone proficient in php/mysql/css/html to create a webscript for me which creates a webpoll at the top of a blank webpage and enables visitors to select poll option and show results immediately after and then leave comments at the bottom of the page without registering, just inserting name,email and mybe filling security number ext to stop spamming
