PHP Laraval new form-view for existing website

General information for the website: I run a website that shows restaurants of a city
Kind of development: Customization of existing website
Description of requirements/features: Here is a list of what needs to be done:
- creating a view for editing restaurant details and managing users that can edit the details and managing users that can edit the restaurant's details
- adding an Update-function to the LocationController that validates the inputs and stores them to the database.
- adding an Invite-function to the LocationController. The owner can invite someone to edit the details.
- making use of already existing functions of the LocationimageController and the MenuController in order to handle and store uploads.
- sent email to subscribers of the restaurant if specific details changed (based on subscribers' preferences)
- setting up guards and policies, that assure that only authorized users can edit a restaurant.

The website is developed with laravel 5.4.
