PHP, JoomSocial, Java, Database Developer

We are looking for someone with skills to build and design a website. We have the blueprint of what we want but need someone to deliver. The right person will be able to design a site from scratch not using templates. The site will also need a database running in the background which will need to be designed along with other features such as Facebook/twitter login and also Esrow payment systems. The ideal person will be fast and should have a good understanding of what we trying to achieve. The site is a web based job portal.
