PHP Coding to a search form

I have installed a theme and require the search form filters to be changed. You can view the form on the homepage here -

There is a property search php file which references the functions.php file to populate the results. I need the number values changing to words in order to display and populate words rather than numbers. For example, instead of bedrooms, I want Type of business with selections in the drop down menu to be Restaurant, Pub, Coffee Shop etc.

It's a small job as majority of search functions work and code just needs to be changed.
