Photoshop PSD to Wordpress Website

The requirement of this job is to create a fully functioning Wordpress website from Adobe Photoshop visuals.

The website itself will initially contain 5 pages (also encorporating the wordpress blog function) but the design will lend itself to being expanded if the user should wish to do so. The design itself is very simple and has a static menu (no submenu except for on the blog), a header with static images, a place for a logo and a side bar. I have attached a rough idea of what the site looks like but this isn't exactly the same as the final visuals for the site, but is roughly similar.

The rough sitemap for the site is:
- A home page
- 2 x other information pages
- Latest News/Blog Pages
- Contact Us

The main structure of the site is always the same (apart from the blog where categories and normal blog features need to be added to the side bar) and only require the main content to change. Also on the contact page there is a contact form that I would like to incorporate a captcha facility to prevent spam.

The website itself is designed to be able to be adapted in future in order to be able to use as a basis for other sites. The successful developer MUST bear this in mind when constructing the site. This will require myself being able to simply either adjust certain pictures and/or adjust CSS values to be able to change certain formatting issues such as text, the logo, header pictures etc. This is a major consideration in the construction of the site.

Hopefully this all makes sense but if you have any questions please do not hesitate to ask. As you will probably be able to tell this website is intended as a main template to be used as a basis for future work. However if the customer should wish to deviate or customise the template in any way I would require the successful developer for additional future work. This is highly likely as the template itself is so simple.

One final note when considering to bid for this project is that I am very meticulous when it comes to the conversion of the PSD to web based content. The site must look (obviously considering different browsers and operating systems) more or less pixel perfect to the original website. Bidders should bear this in mind and account for this when considering the budget for their bids.

I am happy for any UK based bidders and am quite open to the budget. I am also quite happy to go with a 50% deposit. I would also require the freelancer to be able to start as soon as they receive the PSD's and deposit and be finished within a week. The PSDs are also ready to go.
