PDF to HTML conversion

We are looking for a web developer to conduct basic work in converting an interactive PDF document into HTML pages. The PDF document is 115 pages long and provides internal links and video content which need to be incorporated in the HTML pages. Pages should be designed “as is” and be viewable on all modern browsers.

Attached I have provided a two page sample of the PDF which should give a general idea of the content and structure of most pages. The content which makes up the complete PDF will be supplied within two PowerPoint documents and a Microsoft Word documents. Videos and images will also be provided.
