Experience Level: Entry
I have a PDF design that needs to be converted to HTML in Tailwind and plain Vanilla Js.

It is a one page web so it has some parrallax effect.

PS: No Jquery only Vanilla or whatever lib you use should have a NPM package.

Please mention when you can deliver.
