Outsourcing power point presentations

We are a small department in Europe (20 people) needing assistance in preparing power point presentations. Product does not need to be too fancy - e.g no flash animations - but we need somebody able to do a professional design work. Themes related to energy market, oil industry and oil policies . Place of work is not material as communication is expected to be via email and phone. No fixed budget yet - happy to hear your offers.
