Optimise HTML/CSS/JS on website

I'm looking for someone who can rebuild this homepage with the maximum optimisation for speed (for Google pagespeed tool)

No existing source code is available, you'll have to work visually and take the assets directly from the page, only that single page is needed, and no dynamic elements need to be considered at this point, just delivering a static HTML page will be fine.

Basically this is an exercise to see if it's possible to build that page and optimise it enough for it to score over 90% on Googles pagespeed insight tools.
