Onsite SEO

I have a small website that advertises for an acoustic duo (A singer and a guitarist (myself)) to book weddings and other events.

The site is www.gwenoakden.com

I have used google addwords and it doesnt seem to have much impact. In the past I have done SEO myself and for short periods, managed to get on the first page of google searches for terms such as 'Manchester wedding singer' or 'wedding singer north west'. We recieved losts of enquiries and bookings.

However when it slips off the front page, we recieve nothing. I dont think it would be a big job for someone who knows about SEO, so I thought id get a price per month for someone to keep it on the top page.

We could also offer an incentive of 10% for all bookings realised via the website. We generally charge £400 for a typical event or wedding.
