Ongoing Web Development

Help needed with completion of a web application, I have already started the project but it has overun. It is a Booking/Resource application utilising Entity Framework, C#, JQuery, CSS, .Net 4.0, SQL 2005, budget is really low so this job might only be right overseas candidates, sorry.
