Ongoing, Long term PHP project. UK Based swingers website

I have been setting up a new UK swingers website and have had alot of work already carried out by a company in India. I currently pay £12 per hour but the work completed is getting less and less each day. So i am looking for a UK based designer to work with long term.

JOBS ARE MAINLY EDITING EXISTING SCRIPT BUT SOMETIMES TO ADD NEW FEATURES
