Ongoing Custom WordPress Development Required

We're looking for a WordPress developer who can create custom WordPress themes and build from scratch from Adobe XD files.

We do not want anyone who uses templates or themes, but people who build from scratch and can understand sustainable website development.

We're looking for someone who can work with us regularly as we have at least 25 hours of work per week that we need help with.

Please can you apply with examples of themes you've created from scratch and details of how you would actually go about doing this and what you understand about building sites with high performing stats.

These details are required in the proposal or we shan't take it further.

I will also require a Zoom call to discuss the details before any work is started.

Each site has different requirements so please ignore the budget below - that's just what PPH has suggested. We will need to discuss each project as we go along.
