One paged personal website

Hello,

I have a mockup of the personal website I would like to be transformed into code. It is only one page, and does not have complex transitions/animations/user interaction.

I would like a simple, responsive design (that does not have to 100% follow my design), and am budgeting less than $100, since it is a very simple design.

Please let me know if you're able to do this or if you would like to see the mockup.
