One Page Website

Hi,

I would like to ask for a project to process for my website as (one page)
And I need English is the main language of the page also the background
Of the page should be black

1) Center the logo
2) Ar/En in the corner
3) Form
4) Requirements
5) Rules
6) Contacts
7) countdown timer

For details

1) I need the logo in the center of the page ( i have the logo already)
2) I need the Ar/En on the top of the right side of the page as a link and
When you press the Ar link should change all the page to the Arabic language
And when you press the En link should change all the page to the English language
3) The form should have three fields, headline and submit
The headline (Ramadan Fifa champion Registration )
The first field should be name, the second field should be email, the third field should be mobile number, the
Submit (send) the three fields should be filled to click the send
When you click the send all the information should be sent to the email
( INFO@mydomain.QA ) when I receive the information each field should be on
Separate line
4) I need the requirement as 2 links one Arabic and the other one English
If I chose the Arabic language the link of the Arabic requirement should appear
And if chose the English language the link of the English requirement should appear
I Will send you the details of the Arabic and English requirements
5) I need the rules as 2 links one Arabic and the other one English
If I chose the Arabic language the link of the Arabic rules should appear
And if chose the English language the link of the English rules should appear
I Will send you the details of the Arabic and English rules
6) For the contact, I need twitter, Instagram, WhatsApp, and email
When I click on each one should open to the specific one
For example, if I click on twitter should open twitter page,
And same as of the other contact WhatsApp, Instagram and email
7) I need a countdown timer to count the time until the died time of the competition


When you replay make sure
