One-Page HTML5 Site

I'm looking for an ongoing Web Designer to create one-page responsive websites that are either:
- Static Pages (Text Links with Image Thumbnails)
- jQuery Sliders/Countdown Clocks
- Basic Mindmaps (these don't have to be responsive)

You would be given 5 a month to develop (£100 per one).

I would provide a detailed brief for each piece, along with all text, data & images to be used.
You would do look & feel, image edits, coding and upload to the clients FTP.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
- One-Page HTML5, Responsive Pages
- Open Graph Tags (Facebook Data & Custom Image Thumbnail, Twitter Cards)
- AddThis Social Share Buttons (Official Buttons with Count + Pre-populate Tweet with Text)
- Page Title & META Descriptions
- Each Piece needs Client Logo with URL/Link to their site underneath
- Include Google Analytics Tag
- HTML Embed Code/Form Needs to be Included at bottom (this can be JPEG Thumbnail of Page or iFrame with Dimensions of the main content area)
