Please check out the image upload and manipulation feature on http://www.straightouttasomewhere.com/. Overall solution should be the same as this but slightly different as per requirements below
The requirements is for users to be able to upload their images but the final picture will be appended to the logo as shown in the attachment.
(1) User should be able to flick between color and black and white
(2) Zoom (using slider), Move and position uploaded image above Logo when uploaded
(3) Solution to be compatible across IE, Firefox, Safari and Chrome. Page should also be mobile compatible
(4) 48 Hour turnaround required
Solution to be hosted on Linux.
