Please provide a quote for both a mid-range polished Notion build (£250–£400 range) and a premium version (£500+) if you include automation or portal-style features.
Due to previous freelancer not being in the position to complete the project we are seeking someone else.
Overview
I’m looking for an experienced Notion specialist (ideally with design or event management experience) to create a professional, branded digital planning hub that I can share with wedding planning clients.
The hub will act as a virtual workspace for couples to manage their wedding plans — including checklists, budgets, supplier info, timelines, and more — all within a single Notion workspace that I can duplicate for each new client.
My brand focuses on modern, inclusive, stress-free wedding planning
Project Goal
To build a ready-to-use Notion workspace template that:
Feels like a professional “client portal”
Can be easily duplicated and renamed for each couple
Includes editable templates for checklists, budgets, timelines, etc.
Reflects my brand visually (logo, colour accents, emojis)
Is intuitive for non-techy users
Pages & Structure to Include
1. Welcome Dashboard
Header banner with logo and warm imagery
Welcome text area (I’ll edit the copy later)
Event summary table: couple names, date, venue, planner contact
Quick links to all main pages (Checklist, Budget, Suppliers, etc.)
Optional: a progress tracker or task completion bar
2. Planning Checklist
Editable table to track all wedding tasks.
Columns:

Categories example: Venues, Catering, Bar, Décor, Flowers, Attire, Music, Photography, Logistics
