New WordPress Website

Hello, I have domain www.himalayanspice.net, this was designed many years ago with WordPress. So far this is all working as it should. However, I would like to have new website, similar looking.

Why do I want similar looking new website when current website is working as it should?

Reason is: I want very simple admin panel where I can add or remove promotion, amend opening time, insert some extra code from thirdparty for features such as table booking and takeaway order.

All above can be done with current website, however one need to have some technical knowledge to find where to amend or insert or remove. I struggle to change opening time because there is no any page or plugin that I can edit to change time. I have to go through all the code , use CTRL+F to find opening time, and change, and sometimes it messed things up and I have to restore from backup. therefore, I need similar looking website with same features currently have but option to edit each of the block or page without hassle, without coding knowledge.

I also feel that my current site is infected, most likely someone left some code which keep changing index.php with loads of junk code. Every few days site stop working and I have to upload index.php to replace one from server, then it works. with newly design website, I am hoping that I will have healthy easy to update/manage website.

Not looking to spend fortune, looking for simple and cheap as I am not desperate to get this done asap at any cost.
