New website required that supports a social and Booking engine

Description of requirements/features: Hi All,

I am working on delivering a new app and need to get the backend sorted. In the initial instance, I require a website that works in a similar way to any social website. I want guests to be able to log in and submit information about themselves, use groups and find friends etc.

The website will be for equestrian types and would need someone with a good creative mind to deliver something that would appeal to lovers of riding.

Whilst the scope of work here is just to develop the social part, I will be looking to then develop a booking engine behind this that will make use of various triggers to book events... If this is also within your remit, please advise and I will provide more details.

Finally, once the logic works, I will need to appify the web service - again, let me know if you can do this as I would prefer continuity through one supplier.

General expectations:

The solution would need to be fast, relatively standard from a navigational perspective so users find it intuitive
Be developed in a standard way (e.g, wordpress or equivalent)
Needs to be scalable so that additional variables can be added to each guests information
Will eventually start to received data via mobiles uploaded to the rider info

I will manage hosting, DNS and anything else you need to get cracking.
