New website needed

I'm based In the UK and I want to start a website which advertises jobs for surveyors. This will be based on the JobRoller plugin for Wordpress. In addition to jobs, I want to include some reference material which will provide a source of general professional information for surveyors - like a library.

I have no knowledge of web design. I do have an agreement with 1 and 1 for web hosting and my domain is www.surveyorspage.co.uk. The site isn't working at the moment so I want to get it up and running so I can start posting job vacancies and reference material.

I then want to change the home page so it looks more attractive than it is now. I then have various other ideas I want to develop.
