New website for Online Training company

We manage a small website at https://www.abetterme.online/
It is aimed at people who want to improve themselves and it sells video training courses on assertiveness, time management, etc.
It does what we want technically but it lacks any appeal for users, so although we are getting traffic to it, no-one is buying.
We are capable technically, but we aren't designers.
At present, the PC version is up and running but the mobile version needs a few fixes which we're working on.
But neither are satisfactory - or even close.
So if you give us PSD images we can convert them to working pages - responsive, parallax, etc.
How much would you want to redesign the existing site to give it the WOW factor it needs - responsive, for mobile, tablet and PC.
We are happy with the logo and the green/purple color scheme.

We also need you to confirm that your quoted price is to cover the following:
1) Full website redesign using purple and green (though shades may be different) and the existing logo
2) Responsive so it works for PC, tablet and mobile
3) Full access to the redesigned website for our developers to recreate on our web server
4) Layered PSD files for each page template
5) Full copyright and intellectual property rights to the design

Please also include URLs of four websites you have built that show your quality (PeoplePerHour portfolios just show images, not the websites)
