    Hi
    Some of your requirements seem a bit unrealistic, so I wonder if you still want proposals from people who won't make impossible promises?
    For example:
    Unlimited pages - this is likely to be limited by the size of your web hosting package rather than a limitation of a website.
    Low bounce ratio - this is your problem, not the web developer's. If the content is uninteresting people will move on, nothing I can do about that.
    Do you have a full brief for the project? Is all the content ready? Is hosting in place?
