Upfront your request is very generic, there are no specifics as to what your line of business is. Without basic data what do you expect any designer to achieve? Depending on what you input is we can decide whether this will be a 3/4 page website, many a time if the designer is smart with space we can complete the site within 3 pages --- Like you stated that this is a simple straightforward design and should not be a show stopper!!!!
