Hello,

I am looking for a complete new web site build. The work does not have to be started immediately, although I would like it to start soon for completion in May if possible.

This site must look modern and professional, and be suitable for smartphone use (app development may come later).

It will be a B2C site, offering trade services to the public.

Some key elements of the site will be ...

1. Maintain a database of content with each record displayed as required on the web page
2. Sort results (records) in distance order from an entered post code
3. Sort results (records) in distance order from a selected map location
4. Remember the previously entered post code or map location
5. Search facility on stored content
6. Ability to display video content, with possibly one small video per record
7. Store internal statistics on click throughs and pages visited and/or Google analytics integration
8. Have a CMS or a not too heavy handed way of me adding / removing / amending content (I have I.T. experience)

Ideally I would want this hosted via my Fasthosts account, which as standard uses a Linux server.

If this is something you can do, I would welcome your reply and we can then have an initial meeting to discuss.

I have sent these details to a few prospective web site developers, and will review all responses carefully.

Without wishing to appear rude I must say that my funds for this project are limited, so as I'm sure most people would like, I am looking for the best solution for not too much cost!
