New web but from existing code

Extra notes: I need a complete website updating and must have a new front end that they may upload their own photos.

You will be dealing directly with me.

The company have two webs, one in Malaysia; http://www.jagsclassic.com/
and one in the UK, which needs updating as was so badly designed; http://www.classiclegends.uk/

They now want to replace the UK site with a copy of the Malaysian site with some differences.
1. Must have a front end login, so can upload own photos.
2. Change the colour
3. Some layout change, minor.
4. Change logo
5. A few other things like new headers, but talk later on this

I have access to both servers, especially the Malaysian site where you can copy the code.
