New theme for existing shopify store - additional shopify edits / improvements

HI,

I own both www.TrYptiXfashion.com and www.Rave-Nation.com

I like how TrYptiXfashion.com looks.
I need www.Rave-Nation.com to either look like TrYptiXFashion or just new theme entirely.
Rave-Nation currently looks very bad, but I like black background.
Prefer free theme but open to suggestions.

After new theme, I have a list of things needing done like "setup testimonial page" and "add links to important pages in footer" and "add html sitemap" and "add social media links to product pages" required by my SEO company.

After changes per SEO, I am open to other suggestions on how to improve my stores for conversion and traffic.
