New property review website PHP

Full stack development of third version of the property review website www.aidrent.com .
This is a website that allows people to review their properties and to find reviews of other properties in London. The aim of this project is to provide more transparency to the property market by giving people the opportunity to give a feedback on the properties where they live.

For this project we only wish to collaborate with people who want to make a name for themselves, as we operate in the vc tech space and we would referr you to other founders and ivestors. Ideally we would like to work with an intuitive person who can see where we want to go and can contribute to build a powerful tool for London tenants. This project is an oportunity to test our collaboration and it might lead to larger scale opportunities within our portfolio of actvities.

We wish to meet with interested candidates in peson in London and we will ask to commit to a timeline. Although the project scope is clearly defined we understand that some aspects of the development might require some extra work, for which we will award a discretionary bonus. Please note that we are not willing to deal with thos who charge for every minor diversion from the plan. We wil be working with you as a team , so you can be honest on any issue and we can work out solutions together.

We won't give any advanced payment and we will release the funds after proof of a first functional version of the website. Balance will be paid upon release on our servers of the final vesion of the website. To the succesful candidae we will ask proof of identity and signature of a contract and NDA.
