Need website re-design

General information for the website: My company is a Voice over and Digital media provider company
Kind of development: Customization of existing website
Num. of web pages/modules: 4 or so
Description of every page/module: please go to existing and see what i have

Description of requirements/features: simple and cool way to put streaming digital media [ video, audio] [ currently hosted on Youtube and Soundcloud]
Photos put in a banner-type design [ so they aren't just cut and pasted as i have them now] i can look for examples of what I mean; so that photos are slightly greyed until you click on them- make them links to open the corresponding page - make sense? instead of 'Home" "Contact" Clients" " Writing Music Acting"
client logos that rotate with testimonials.
Don't want too many bells and whistles as far as too much action or distraction. I need a clean, classy and hip/current look -
giving clients the info in a clear concise easy way to understand and interactive with.
SOMETHING EASY FOR ME TO UPDATE AND ADD/EDIT !
So is this Wordpress? I don't know.
Also - I need Key words placed that give me SEO of some sort
