Need website development and fixes

The above price is just rough.... I am after a expert or highly experienced and skilled codeigniter and php expert.... Our site needs some front end and back end changes... Back end to include 1) client area has upload tab which can only upload a single document per email we need multiple upload per email from either us to client and if client wants to send us multiple docs 2) some function buttons show php errors in administration area need bug sorted 3) need to edit email address in personal info in client area... Front end to include an introduction of new button for each service where it allows person to buy a document... This button exists currently but the issue is you can either purchase a product as a service or a document... We need two buttons per product which shows both options...

Must be able to see deliver project quickly.
