Need two pages polished and harmonized with common look

Would like the theme and images to be cleaned up and made to match and look better. We like contrast and want all the colors to match and basically polish this webpage.
We have constant need for facelifts.

1) Logo for "Digital Invoices"
2) Clean up colors and anything else that you see that is out of place with two pages.
3) clean up invoice,html and Index.html
4) new background image above invoice
