Need to develop an interactive website with 3D elements

We are looking for a 3D Developer to collaborate on an upcoming project focused on interactive and scroll-based 3D web experiences. The role involves building visually rich, performance-optimized 3D elements and integrating them seamlessly into modern web workflows.
Qualifications
Experience with Webflow, Unicorn Studio, and Spline, or
Strong hands-on experience with custom 3D development using Three.js / WebGL / GSAP
Ability to create interactive, scroll-driven 3D experiences
Good understanding of performance optimization for web-based 3D
