Need to convert Figma designs into responsive HTML/CSS, jQuery

We need an experienced front-end developer who can convert our designs currently in Figma into responsive HTML5 using Bootstrap css ( https://getbootstrap.com/ latest version 4.5 ) and jQuery (latest version). Provided html code will of course be mobile and tablet friendly.
