Need to create a sql server store procedure that use a table of 3 columns as an input (ID, StartTime, EndTime) and return a dataset of 25 columns, for each ID from the table one, check if the an hour of the day correspond to the interval, display the value 1, otherwise display the value 0. see the attached spreadsheet for more detail
