Need someone to convert Charity site from Serif to Wordpress

We are a registered charity, and currently have a HTML Website built in Serif Webplus, which requires updating via FTP which is a faff. We want to convert this existing site into a Wordpress site, without changing the look, layout, or content of the site.

The ability to edit the site online is key, as the constant upload of files via FTP is both time consuming, and annoying.

As a charity, it needs to be as cheap as possible, hence the low price
