Description
Experience Level: Expert
I own a website that is starting to grow fairly rapidly. I could do with someone reviewing the site / code for potential vulnerabilities, from simple SQL injection to more advanced hacking techniques, especially to do with database exploitation. This also includes checking the write permissions on the folders and ports open on the host etc.
The site is written in bespoke PHP code (with bespoke login and searching mechanisms) with a MySQL backend, but also has a wordpress blog element to it. The wordpress blog is a small part of it, so not just looking for wordpress experts. Can obviously provide all the info as needed to the chosen candidate.
The site is running
PHP 7.2
MySQL 5.6.43x
WHM / cPanel
Linux system
Dedicated server with dedicated firewall
The blog section is running Wordpress 5.1.1and all plugins (only 4) are up to date. As stated this is not a pure Wordpress job, but is a small part of it.
I can also give access to relevant log files to the applicant which shows a lot of strings hackers have tried so far
