Need Laravel Developer for tasks

I need a Laravel Developer to develop a Booking slots module for a partially developed Pharmacy collection system:

Here, we already have a system in place where you can choose the date & time and fill in all the form details. But currently developed module doesn't have the facility to show you booked/remaining slots in the admin panel.

Also, in the frontend, it allows choosing any slots. So we want it to be limited to only available slots/locker.

So, we have 20 slots for 19th April for Drive-thru, and three patients have booked, then it must display only the remaining 17 slots of that day and timing.

For locker, we have 20 lockers (not for the day), so if three patients have booked, it will show 17 lockers for that day. So the three booked lockers will be displayed according to buffer time maturity for the date they have been booked. Say one locker out of those three is reserved for 21st April 2022 and will be shown as available on the calendar on 24th April.

We would like to have a modern-looking calendar(currently basic looking) in the front end, which will show Car Icon and Locker Icon for respective booking methods.

We have two different types of slots booking:
1) Drive-Thru
2) Locker

Let's talk about Drive-thru first:

In drive-thru, we want to provide settings where the admin can put numbers:

a) Admin will set a Start time of the day and end time of the day(Monday to Sunday)
b) Admin will set total duration for booking slot plus buffer time after each collection via Drive-thru.
c) Total number of slots will be calculated accordingly.
d) In case there is a change in start time or end time of the day or total duration of the booking or buffer time, it should only affect future slots.
e) Only one person at a time can visit and collect via the drive-thru system. So, for example, if somebody has booked a slot on 14th April 5.00 PM – 5.15 PM, no one else can book the same slot again. If this slot is booked and we have a set buffer time of 5 mins, then the next slot will be from 5.20 PM to 5.35 PM. Next will be 5.40 PM to 5.55 PM that day.
f) Minimum days required should also be there as a setting. So if I am booking today and today's date is 14th April 2022. Then I will be shown dates after precisely four days and a maximum of 6 months booking is possible.

In the Locker system:

a) Admin will set a Start time of the day and end time of the day(Monday to Sunday)
b) the Total number of available Lockers will be set by the admin. For example, it is 20 now. So in a day, 20 different Patients can apply for 20 lockers, and all of them can come on the same day.
c) We have to offer a setting for buffer time currently; it is 48 hours, and so if three patients have booked a slot for today, those three lockers will be available after 48 hours for booking and will be shown in the calendar as well.
d) Minimum days required should also be there as a setting. So if I am booking today and today's date is 14th April 2022. Then I will be shown dates after precisely four days and a maximum of 6 months booking is possible.
