Need Improvements To Web Design/UX/UI

General information for the website: We are online video and podcasts
Kind of development: Customization of existing website
Description of requirements/features: I have a few sites that need works. This is NOT a complete redo but an ONLY an improvement in the design. The first project will start witih just the main site and then have additions from there. The site is: http://www.sproutnexus.com/

What needs working on is:
- Home Page
- A network directory page that list the networks
- TV show listing page that list the TV shows
- A podcast listing page that list podcasts
- A page that shows recent episodes that have been uploaded
- A page that shows upcoming events

There are other projects to be worked on but I want to start with the main site. You should have basic knowledge of PHP, and good working knowledge of CSS, Bootstrap with good a sense of UI/UX.
