Need help integrating a Finsweet TOC into a Webflow website

I am currently trying to integrate this Finsweet element - https://www.finsweet.com/attributes/table-of-contents - onto this blog page template within a Webflow website - https://www.projectlifejacket.com/articles/scale-up-your-business.

I'd like that nested, moving effect you see on the Finsweet page but using the font on the page and without the "H2", "H3" markers on the Finsweet page.

As you can see, all the instructions are on the page but I am not technically knowledgable enough to follow them.
