Need bootstrap CSS to finish my scrolling table..

Description of every page/module: I have a table at: http://www.bootply.com/JtnSn5A3Mz# that is a scrolling-X table that I need some help in CSS to make it more correct and pretty.

There is a fixed size table to the left that acts "sticky" with a variable size table to the right that when it overflows should use a scroll bar.

My problem is the left table is fixed size and I want the right side table to be responsive and fill out the container to the remaining 100% size, which I don't really know.

If you look at the first picture I have upload you will see that the table falls short. I want it to fill out the whole container no matter what size that container is.

If you have no idea what I am talking about, please don't respond with I can do it. If you are really good with CSS and bootstrap and can easily fix my problem I am willing to pay $25.
Description of requirements/features: A css file that will properly float my table into the tab container and respond to a resizeable tab.
