Need an expert in Laravel + Vue.js

I have a management website under construction, and need to add a good developer
Our requirements:
1: Experience in Laravel 5+ years, and ( Frontend: Vue.js, Bootstrap )
2: writes the codes in a clear, simple and explained manner.
3: Willing to make transparent progress via Git.

First, I need you to fix a few number of issues urgently. This is a test job for following main/bigger project.
