Need a website. Prefably custom website were users sign up/login and can upload videos and images, from other websites (youtube,dailymotion,vimeo etc.. .) Or upload videos and images from their phone, tablet,pc etc onto my hosting server. Users can share, like, comment on videos and pictures. Also need advertisment space on video and image. Also should be mobile tablet ready/responsive Need it done soon as possible but flexible. Any questions please ask. Thank you. Also Am very tight on budget.

    - What are the feature and functionality do you wanna to see inside the website ? provide me the list.
    - Do you have scope document or blue print of Project ?
